Senior Manager Early Warning & Portfolio Monitoring

Job Purpose:Responsible to perform duties as per Portfolio Monitoring & EWS procedures,responsible to coordinate with Business, Corporate Credit & Special Assets teams to put in place corrective action plans for problematic accounts, flagged under EWS framework and follow-up on the agreed action plan to prevent the defaults.Key Accountabilities:Ability to lead large-scale data transformation initiatives, establish enterprise data governance frameworks and deliver advanced analytics solutions that support effective decision-makingResponsible for establishing the framework and processes for non-retail portfolio analysisResponsible for periodic analysis of the portfolio and advising effective pre-emptive controls.Responsible for managing & implementing the EWS framework.Ensure the integrity of data used for the preparation of EWS framework is robust.Prepare periodic EWS reports to capture the progress, performance and quality in order to verify all the processes that has been implemented during the period.Responsible to advise ‘Early Warning Signals’ based on the portfolio reviews / lessons learnt from the problematic portfolio

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education level.Minimum Experience:+5 years in Corporate or SME or Commercial BankingJob-Specific Skills:Experience in Data ManagementStrong interpersonal skills.Experience in portfolio management
