You'll lead the electrical scope on major residential, hospitality and mixed-use developments, from concept to handover.What you'll do:Lead electrical design reviews at the concept, schematic, tender and IFC stagesManage and challenge MEP consultants and contractorsDrive DEWA/SEWA, SIRA and ICT/telecom approvals and NOCsSupport tenders, technical evaluations and pre-award activitiesOversee shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, testing, commissioning, energization and handoverFlag programme, procurement and resource risks early, across several projects at onceWhat we're looking for:Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering12+ years of experience, ideally with strong UAE exposureA mix of design, contracting and developer/client-side deliveryEnd-to-end project experience from early design through handoverCurrently based in the UAEDeveloper-side background is preferred. Strong design-and-build or MEP contractor profiles with client-facing and handover experience are also welcome.
