As a master developer, we invest in sustainable infrastructure, accessibility, community amenities and family-focused facilities including community centres, mosques, schools, supermarkets and landscaping.Our integrated real estate offering also includes a robust land sales portfolio, project management for large-scale projects, as well as top-notch facilities management services.About the Job:Lead the electrical engineering scope across multiple developments from concept design through handover and close-out.Review and manage electrical designs, specifications, calculations, BIM models, and technical deliverables across all project stages.Oversee electrical power, lighting, emergency power, ELV, ICT, AV, security, and smart-building systems.Manage MEP consultants, contractors, suppliers, and specialist service providers to ensure technical excellence and timely project delivery.Support procurement activities, tender evaluations, consultant appointments, and technical bid reviews.Ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements, including DEWA, Dubai Civil Defence, SIRA, telecom providers, and other relevant stakeholders.Monitor construction progress, review technical submissions, and drive resolution of quality, programme, and technical issues.Lead testing, commissioning, authority inspections, energization, approvals, and handover activities.Manage project risks, technical changes, procurement challenges, and contractor performance across multiple developments.Provide leadership, coaching, and technical guidance while promoting best practices and continuous improvement. About you: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering; a Master's degree is advantageous.12-15+ years of experience in electrical engineering within major real estate, mixed-use, hospitality, residential, or infrastructure developments.Proven experience managing projects from concept and design through construction, testing, commissioning, authority approvals, and handover.Strong electrical design review and design management capability gained within developers, consultants, or major contractors.Experience managing consultants, contractors, technical reviews, tender activities, and project delivery from a client-side perspective.Strong knowledge of UAE authority approval processes, particularly DEWA, Dubai Civil Defence, SIRA, and telecom service providers.Experience reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, technical deviations, testing and commissioning documentation.Strong technical knowledge of electrical power distribution, lighting, ELV, ICT, AV, security, and smart-building systems.Excellent stakeholder management, commercial awareness, problem-solving, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projectsAbout the Benefits:At Dubai Holding, we're committed to nurturing the success and well-being of our colleagues.
