Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a strategic, results-driven transformation professional to join our Global Enterprise Project Management Office. You will help deliver strategic initiatives across markets and functions, turning strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes.Partnering with Global functions and Market PMOs, you will oversee a portfolio of complex initiatives from opportunity identification and solution design through execution, governance, and value realisation. Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Lifecycle Management and Continuous ImprovementLead the end-to-end delivery of Polaris strategic initiatives through the Global Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), managing projects from intake and prioritisation through ideation, initiation, planning, execution, governance, and closure.Drive the successful execution of a portfolio of cross-functional and cross-market transformation initiatives, ensuring strategic priorities are translated into measurable business outcomes.Establish and maintain a robust project governance framework, including stage-gate disciplines, portfolio reporting, decision-making processes, and delivery standards.Oversee project scoping, business case development, implementation planning, progress tracking, impact assessment, and benefit realisation using consistent methodologies and tools.Programme Execution and Delivery DrumbeatFacilitate a strong delivery rhythm across global and market teams through regular governance forums, steering committees, and stakeholder engagement activities.Maintain an integrated view of programme milestones, interdependencies, risks, and resource requirements, ensuring transparency and alignment across the transformation portfolio.Identify and proactively manage delivery risks, issues, and dependencies, driving timely resolution and escalating critical decisions where required.Partner closely with Market PMOs and functional leaders to align priorities, coordinate execution, and ensure transformation initiatives progress as one cohesive system across Swire Coca-Cola.Capability BuildingContinuously improve transformation delivery capabilities, methodologies, templates, tools, and ways of working to enhance organisational effectiveness and efficiency.Develop and embed best practices, playbooks, and delivery frameworks that strengthen programme management capabilities and delivery disciplines across markets and functions.Leverage technology, dashboards, and performance reporting tools to enhance portfolio visibility, decision-making, and execution excellence.Support capability building and knowledge transfer across the organisation, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and sustainable change.The Successful Applicant:Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration or a related discipline.8 to 12 years of experience, including at least 3 years of leading transformation, PMO, or programme delivery for large, complex, multi-workstream programmes, with responsibility for establishing delivery cadences, stage gates, and risk-tracking processes.Hands-on experience managing the full project or programme lifecycle end-to-end, from intake and scoping through execution and closure, while continuously improving delivery processes.A management consulting background, with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop executive-ready deliverables, is highly valued.Experience in the FMCG, CPG, beverage industry, or a multi-market organisation is an advantage.Proven track record of coordinating cross-functional and cross-market initiatives and driving measurable business outcomes.PMP or an equivalent project or programme management certification is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as project and work management tools (e.g., Monday.com) is preferred.Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
