Senior Manager, Enterprise Security

Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Enterprise Security based in United States.This role leads the enterprise security function responsible for protecting corporate IT technologies, applications, identities, endpoints, and connected environments. You will shape and implement security standards across a broad technology landscape while strengthening the organization’s overall security posture. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on technical expertise across identity, endpoint, cloud, networking, SaaS applications, and automation. You will collaborate closely with IT, security operations, governance, vulnerability management, and business stakeholders. The role also provides an opportunity to advance secure AI adoption and use AI-powered tools to improve security capabilities and team efficiency. This is a remote leadership opportunity with significant influence across enterprise technology and security operations.AccountabilitiesLead the Enterprise Security services function and establish high security standards for corporate IT technologies, applications, infrastructure, and connected environments.Design and implement security standards across identity and access management, endpoints, secrets management, business applications, and cloud infrastructure.Partner with IT and business teams to strengthen the security of enterprise applications, integrations, access controls, and sensitive business data.Develop and manage security and compliance policies within enterprise IT management platforms and endpoint management systems.Analyze and harden applications, infrastructure, automation, and deployment processes across tools such as CI/CD platforms, workflow automation, and security orchestration solutions.Work with IT operations, governance, and other stakeholders to establish security standards, monitoring, alerting, and governance processes.Review and approve application security requests, ensuring new applications are appropriately secured, monitored, and aligned with enterprise standards.Support security operations teams in assessing threats, vulnerabilities, controls, and residual risks.Partner with vulnerability management and threat operations teams to remediate critical vulnerabilities and identify indicators of compromise.Monitor and manage endpoint detection and response policies while strengthening endpoint security across the organization.Partner with internal teams to securely deploy and govern technologies supporting enterprise AI usage.Leverage AI tools and agents to improve security capabilities, team productivity, and operational efficiency.Requirements5+ years of management experience, ideally within enterprise security or a closely related security function.Hands-on experience designing and administering security environments across Windows, macOS, Linux, Okta, and public cloud infrastructure.Broad knowledge of enterprise attack vectors, exploits, and security risks affecting end-user systems and IT applications.Strong subject matter expertise in business applications, endpoint security, identity and access management, and corporate networking.Deep understanding of endpoint systems, wireless networks, IT application environments, and enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and identity or secrets-management solutions.Programming or scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, Go, or Java.Experience deploying and securing enterprise applications and technology environments at scale.Security and administrative expertise with at least one major public cloud provider, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.Understanding of security maturity models, frameworks, and how to apply them within enterprise environments.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and security standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and FedRAMP.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical, operational, and business teams.BenefitsBase salary of $191,500–$287,300 USD for other U.S. locations and remote roles.Base salary of $212,800–$319,200 USD for the San Francisco Bay Area, DC Metro, New York City, and Seattle.Eligibility for bonus compensation.Equity participation.Comprehensive employee benefits.Remote work within the United States.Compensation determined based on work location, job-related skills, experience, education, and training.How Jobgether WorksWe use an AI-powered matching process to ensure your application is reviewed quickly, objectively, and fairly against the role's core requirements.
