Senior Manager, Enterprise Transformation

Role PurposeSagility is building the future of enterprise management through a portfolio of AI-powered SmarTec Workmates that augment how we hire, train, support employees, manage operations, drive growth, and execute work across the enterprise. This workmate ecosystem is part of Enterprise Transformation's effort to reimagine how work gets done through AI, technology, and operational innovation. As we move from pilot to scale, we are seeking a high-impact transformation leader to serve as the Philippines anchor for enterprise-wide Workmate adoption.This individual will not own a single function.They will own enterprise adoption, business integration, stakeholder influence, and value realization across all SmarTec Workmates including Noah, Sam, Sage, Ari, Max, Gia, Mia, Sasha and future Workmates. These Workmates span hiring, training, employee support, operations, coaching, proposals, marketing, and customer engagement.
