Senior Manager - SAP EWM Anywhere in Germany | Full-time | Permanent X4 Group is partnering with a leading global consultancy to appoint a Senior Manager to its growing SAP Supply Chain practice in Germany. This is a senior leadership role for an SAP EWM expert who wants to lead large-scale transformation programmes, shape a portfolio and build long-term client relationships.The roleLead complex, often international SAP EWM transformation programmes, with full responsibility for governance, budget and riskOwn the end-to-end solution architecture for warehouse logistics, including the integration of MFS, automation, robotics and WCS into S/4HANADevelop strategic client relationships and lead bid teams from first conversation to signed contractLine-manage and develop a team of Managers and ConsultantsOwn a portfolio area, such as EWM MFS, and drive its growth and market positioningBring your industry expertise into client work and into how the practice evolvesWhat you'll bring10+ years in SAP consulting, including a proven track record of leading full-cycle SAP EWM implementationsDeep knowledge of SAP EWM and S/4HANA, including integration with MM, SD, PP and TMExperience leading teams and large-scale projects or programmesA track record in business development, proposals and account growthIndustry depth in sectors such as life sciences, automotive, pharma or retailSAP certifications (EWM, SAP Activate); a project management qualification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is a plusFluent German and EnglishWillingness to travel for international programmes and client workWhat's on offerA competitive salary and performance-related bonusFull flexibility on working hours and location within Germany30 days' annual leave plus additional benefitsSenior leadership development, certification programmes and access to an international networkReal scope to build and shape an SAP EWM portfolioInterested?
