Whether you're seeking excitement, relaxation, or cultural enrichment, we offer something for everyone.Role OverviewMiral Experiences is looking for a Senior Manager - F&B Sourcing lead and shape the procurement strategy across our world-class attractions, parks, and destinations.In this highly strategic role, you will be responsible for driving category excellence, supplier performance, commercial value, and supply chain optimization across the F&B portfolio. You will leverage group-wide spend, lead complex sourcing initiatives, negotiate high-value contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement governance, food safety, and regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute category and sourcing strategies across:Fresh and perishable produceAmbient, chilled, and frozen goodsBeveragesCatering consumablesF&B services Consolidate demand and spend across the business to maximize value and efficiencies Lead strategic sourcing, tendering, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship managementDrive supplier consolidation, specification standardization, and supply chain optimizationEnsure compliance with procurement policies, Delegation of Authority (DOA), ethical sourcing standards, and UAE food safety regulationsDeliver measurable savings while maintaining the highest standards of quality, food safety, and guest experiencePartner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial guidance and procurement expertise Champion procurement transformation and continuous improvement initiativesWhat We're Looking ForQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related fieldMCIPS qualification or CIPS Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and SupplyExperience6+ years of Procurement experience, with significant exposure to Strategic Sourcing or Category ManagementMinimum 3 years of F&B procurement experienceMinimum 3 years of procurement experience within the UAE/GCCProven track record in category management, strategic sourcing, tender management, contract management, and supplier performance managementSkillsStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skillsAdvanced analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExpertise in sourcing strategy development and executionExperience managing complex supplier and stakeholder relationshipsStrong leadership, planning, and performance management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishShape the Future With UsAt Miral Experiences, we don’t just create world-class destinations - we create unforgettable memories for our guests and remarkable careers for our people.
