Senior Manager Finance Accounting

About the roleLead the company's end-to-end accounting and finance functions, including financial closing, taxation, budgeting, cash flow and internal controls, while strengthening systems and team capabilities to support business growth.Key responsibilitiesLead accounting, finance, taxation and budgeting in alignment with business objectivesOversee monthly, quarterly and year-end closingReview and ensure the accuracy of financial statements, consolidated accounts and management reportsSupervise GL, AR, AP, inventory, fixed assets, costing and account reconciliationsOversee tax compliance and manage accounting and tax risksEnsure compliance with TFRS, Thai tax laws and applicable regulationsLead budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow and working-capital managementAnalyze business performance, costs, margins and budget variancesOversee credit control, accounts receivable and collection performanceLead ERP, dashboard, workflow, SOP and internal-control improvementsAbout youBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related fieldA valid Thai Certified Public Accountant qualification is required (CPA)At least 15 years of accounting and finance experienceAt least 10 years of experience at Manager level or above in a corporate organizationProven experience leading end-to-end accounting and finance operations and a sizable teamStrong hands-on experience in financial closing, financial statements and consolidated reportingIn-depth knowledge of TFRS and Thai taxationStrong experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and working-capital managementProven experience in ERP, accounting-system or internal-control improvementStrong financial analysis, business partnering and executive-presentation skills
