Senior Manager, Finance TransformationAbbottsford, BC$130-150KWe’re partnering with a successful, growing organization in Abbotsford to recruit a Senior Manager, Finance Transformation. Reporting to the CFO, this is a unique opportunity combining Finance transformation, controllership, treasury and business partnership.The OpportunityLead Finance process improvement, automation and technology initiatives.Modernize manual Finance processes and improve systems, reporting and controls.Provide controllership leadership for two growing subsidiaries, including month-end close and financial reporting.Lead and develop one Accountant/Bookkeeper.Oversee treasury, FX, cash-flow forecasting and corporate insurance.Partner closely with the CFO, Controller, IT and operational leaders.What We're Looking ForCPA designation required.5–7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.Controllership or senior accounting management experience.Proven Finance transformation/process improvement and technology implementation experience.Strong accounting, systems and analytical capabilities.Experience with automation, ERP, BI or AI-enabled Finance tools is an asset.Collaborative, personable leader who can operate comfortably at both the strategic and hands-on level.Manufacturing/distribution experience is an asset.Why Join?A rare opportunity to build and modernize a Finance function, with significant visibility to the CFO and the ability to make measurable improvements across the organization.Interested?
