Senior Manager Financial Planning Analysis - FP&AJob Overview:The Senior Manager FP&A will support the Regional Directors on the financial affairs of the KSA region on the FP&A requirements. The key roles includes (i) partnering with the RFD /SVP on driving profitability and KPIs, growth, management P&L and cost, forecasting and budgeting, (ii) build and grow a strong team with strong DNA on finance discipline, financial controls, regulatory requirements plus strong financial management capabilities, (iii) ensure integrity of financial numbers and records in the region with the local BU SFM /FM; and compliance with PPG Financial & Accounting Policies and assist the Global FP&A team on any queries and details required of the TM1 updates for KSA.Job Responsibilities:Point of contact from HQ FP&A, GFO and Local SFM/FM for finance related matters for EMEA locations.Responsible for accurate and efficient delivery of financial reports to Group Management.Responsible for supporting local FMs in any local and companywide finance matters.Responsible to ensure effective and efficient process flow related to GFO and EMEA Finance (Ledger Close, MFR, AR Aging, Cash Flow Reports)To assist Global HQ with required EMEA finance numbers and reports.Responsible to review ledger close for each location of EMEA Finance.Part of group wide forum along with HQ teams (FP&A) to address reporting requirements.Responsible for preparation of EMEA Financial Pack for review of RFD/ SVP.To have in-depth knowledge of P&L to address queries from stakeholders.To act as a support function to GFO and finance managers on any issue.To assist ancillary teams such as Operations, HR, Culinary, Business Development, Sales and Commercial with financial aspects in their domain.To prepare Consolidated Cash Flow reports for EMEA for RFD and HQ Treasury review.To address queries from HQ FP&A team on countries financials and reports.Responsible to connect with external teams like banks, CPA consultants etc. on relevant subject matters required by RFBS or BU SFM/ FM.Responsible for cascading knowledge to local FMs on new/existing reports from HQ.To work continuously on process improvements and enhancing reports quality. (AR Aging, MFR, CBR, Cash Flow Forecast, and other relevant reports.To ensure FP&A datas required by RFBS are obtained for new projects cost analysis.To review AR Aging with Country FM and take necessary action on follow ups based on weekly reports.To highlight relevant outliers in financial statements to management for their decision making and analysis.To portray knowledge and flexibility in ad-hoc requests from RFD/ RFBS, HQ FP&A or Senior Management as and when required.Job Requirements:Strategic and strong business acumen and commercial mindsets and a global perspectivePossess strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsAgile with proven ability in work in fast moving & dynamic environment; diverse culture and environmentProfessional qualified Chartered Accountant. Preferable a Chartered Management Accountant and advantages to have an MBAAt least 8 years of relevant experience with reputable sizeable global corporation with least 2- 3 years in regional capacity.Competency in English is mandatoryArabic is an added advantageAbout the CompanyHello!
