Senior Manager, Financial Shared Services

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Shared Services to oversee key financial operations and support the continued growth and efficiency of a centralized Shared Services organization.

What You'll Do

Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable/Billing, Cash Management, Payroll, and Accounting Services functionsLead and develop managers and team members across a large Shared Services organizationPartner closely with senior finance leadership on financial and operational initiativesWork with corporate accounting and field-based finance and operations teams across multiple locations and regionsIdentify opportunities to improve processes, controls, automation, and overall operational efficiencySupport monthly close activities, reconciliations, cash flow management, and financial reportingDevelop and monitor KPIs to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of Shared Services functionsPartner with IT and other functional leaders on systems improvements and process automationSupport internal and external audits and ensure compliance with company policies and internal controlsServe as an escalation point for operational and financial issues across Shared ServicesProvide reporting, analysis, and recommendations to senior leadershipMaintain a hands-on approach when needed while providing strategic leadership to the organizationWhat We're Looking For:10+ years of progressive accounting, finance, business process, or systems experienceExperience overseeing Shared Services, Accounting Operations, or centralized financial functionsStrong experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable/Billing, Cash Management, and/or PayrollExperience managing managers and larger teamsStrong understanding of month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and cash managementExperience working across multiple locations, branches, territories, or field-based operationsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of an organizationBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field requiredStrong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial controlsComfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
