Job Description This is a seasonal tax preparation position for the upcoming 2015 Tax Season Prepares mostly individual tax returns, but this position may also be responsible for preparing corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns Handles multiple tasks and manages a very busy schedule of tax activities Assists clients with Bookkeeping and with basic Bookkeeping inquiries Conducts basic tax research Assists with planning and other accounting projects as needed Job Requirements BA or BS in Accounting or related field preferred Quickbooks experience preferred 1 "tax season" of tax preparation experience required Overall knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures Knowledge of Accounting Software Systems a plus Proficient knowledge in MS Office applications and accounting software systems Internship experience in a public accounting firm preferred
