Apply & track with Apply EdgeResponsibilitiesEstablish global ocean training frameworks, role-based learning pathways, and capability development roadmapsDesign engaging e-learning modules, user guides, quick-reference materials, and train-the-trainer toolkitsPartner with Process Excellence to translate operational shifts and system deployments into functional learning contentDeliver targeted virtual workshops, executive briefings, and train-the-trainer sessions across international operating unitsGovern a centralized global training repository with clear version control, access privileges, and content maintenance standardsCoordinate with regional training managers to adapt core training materials for local market realities and regulatory needsEvaluate completion metrics, user adoption rates, and feedback mechanisms to continuously identify capability gapsAlign functional ocean training initiatives with broader corporate HR and enterprise-wide learning governanceRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline.At least 10 years of progressive experience in operational training, learning and development, instructional design, process enablement, or business transformation within the logistics or freight-forwarding industryIn-depth knowledge of ocean freight operations, including end-to-end processes, documentation requirements, operational systems, and user-adoption needsProven experience developing practical learning content for logistics operations, freight forwarding, business processes, and system-enabled working environmentsAbility to translate complex operational workflows and system processes into clear, engaging, and user-friendly training materials for diverse learner groupsExperience designing and delivering a range of learning solutions, including e-learning modules, user guides, training presentations, role-based learning pathways, and train-the-trainer programmesFamiliarity with enterprise LMS platforms, digital authoring tools, video-based learning solutions, AI-enabled learning tools, and knowledge-management repositories is an advantageStrong facilitation, presentation, documentation, stakeholder-management, and cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with global, regional, and local stakeholders.Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)If you have the energy and qualifications to add to our velocity, Please visit KLN Company Webpage to apply or send your CV with your present and expected salary to Human Resources & Administration Department by clicking Quick Apply.(We are an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
