Senior Manager- Governance, Risk and Compliance

Job Purpose:This role partners closely with senior leadership to ensure effective governance, risk management, compliance, audit readiness, business continuity, and execution of key business priorities.Key Responsibilities:Lead governance frameworks, DOA, policies, procedures, and compliance programsLiaise with Parent Company Internal Audit and GRC functions to ensure alignment and timely action closureOversee risk management, audit action plans, compliance reporting, and governance reviewsManage Crisis Management and Business Continuity (BCP) programs, testing, and readinessDrive process improvement, performance tracking, and operational excellence initiativesDevelop executive dashboards, reports, and management presentationsCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders to drive accountability and closure of actionsSupport across strategic projects and transformation initiatives across the businessWhat You'll Bring:Extensive experience in governance, business excellence, risk, compliance, audit, business continuity, or transformationExperience within facilities management, real estate, asset management, or service industries (UAE experience preferred)Strong executive reporting, business writing, and presentation skillsExcellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilitiesAbility to translate complex information into clear insights, action plans, and measurable outcomesHigh professional integrity, ownership, and ability to work independentlySystems & Tools:Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) platformsAudit, risk, and action-tracking systemsProject management and collaboration tools
