Senior Manager - Governance, risk management & compliance

This role partners closely with senior leadership to ensure effective governance, risk management, compliance, audit readiness, business continuity, and execution of key business priorities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead governance frameworks, DOA, policies, procedures, and compliance programsLiaise with Parent Company Internal Audit and GRC functions to ensure alignment and timely action closureOversee risk management, audit action plans, compliance reporting, and governance reviewsManage Crisis Management and Business Continuity (BCP) programs, testing, and readinessDrive process improvement, performance tracking, and operational excellence initiativesDevelop executive dashboards, reports, and management presentationsCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders to drive accountability and closure of actionsSupport across strategic projects and transformation initiatives across the business
