Senior Manager, GTM Data ScienceUS Remote (EST/CST) $200-230k Base + Bonus + Equity We’re partnered with a global B2B SaaS company looking to hire a Senior Manager of Data Science, GTM.This is a high impact leadership role reporting directly to the VP of Data, leading a growing team and shaping how Data Science supports Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Customer Success, and Finance.The business is investing heavily in its Data function and is looking for someone who can combine GTM expertise, Data Science depth, people leadership, and strong stakeholder management to help take the function to the next level.What You’ll DoLead and develop a team of 5 Data Scientists and AnalystsOwn the GTM Data Science strategy across acquisition, retention, and expansionPartner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer SuccessLead high impact work across lead scoring, LTV, Marketing Mix Modeling, attribution, sales propensity, and experimentationEstablish trusted metrics across CAC, LTV, retention, conversion, and the broader customer funnelProvide technical leadership across predictive modeling, experimentation, causal inference, Python, and SQLHelp the team adopt AI tools and AI assisted development to improve how Data Science operatesWhat We’re Looking For7+ years of experience across Data Science, Marketing Science, Sales Analytics, or Revenue Analytics3+ years of people management experienceStrong experience applying Data Science to GTM problems, ideally within B2B SaaS or subscription businessesTrack record building models that have directly impacted revenue, sales performance, marketing efficiency, or customer growthStrong understanding of predictive modeling, experimentation, and causal inferenceComfortable reviewing Python and writing advanced SQLStrong communicator who can challenge senior stakeholders, prioritize effectively, and translate business problems into Data Science solutionsComfortable operating in a fast moving, evolving environment where there is still plenty to build
