- Develop and execute tactical plans that pull through brand strategy, to maintain product uptake and meet or exceed expected financial return
- Consistently manage multiple projects to deliver high-quality work product in a timely fashion
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and recommend changes in strategy or tactics as appropriate
- Collaborate and coordinate with Oncology Nurse Educators to ensure alignment, deliver on business priorities, and exceed business targets through implementation of brand strategy and tactics
- Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, Medical, and Compliance stakeholders to ensure development and execution of compliant marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with other cross-functional teams such as Digital & Patient Marketing, Learning & Development, Insights & Analytics, Market Access, Corporate Strategy, and Patient Advocacy to ensure alignment and advance the business
- Effectively track and manage marketing budget for areas of responsibilityRequirementsEducation and Required Skills
- Bachelor of Science or Arts (or equivalent work experience), MBA preferred, with minimum 5 years of commercial experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or other specialty healthcare industry, including 2 years in marketing
- Demonstrated ability to support development of marketing strategies and lead execution of key tactics to drive adoption and growth of inline products in US specialty or biotech market; experience with hematology,oncology, pediatric, or rare disease products strongly preferred
- Experience with various components of marketing mix (ie, promotional approaches)—including HCP personal promotion, non-personal promotion, peer-to-peer, and congress planning—and with prioritizing resources to most effective areas to drive results
- Strong project management skills with ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities, external agencies and vendors, and promotional budgets
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotion, pharma industry guidelines, and other compliance-related issues
- Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally to implement sales or marketing programs with measurable business impact in a heavily matrixed, fast-paced environment
- Ability to clearly communicate at all levels of the organization as well as with external audiences Travel and Location
