Senior Manager - Human Resources

ScopeIn this role, you will be responsible for leading Key Account Group’s people strategy in alignment with business and Group HR plans. The role manages the complete employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, development, performance, compensation, mobility and existence, while overseeing security, transport, cafeteria, facilities, and compliance with organizational health and safety requirements.ResponsibilitiesDevelop HR roadmap for Executive, Staff & Associates cadre in the Key Account Group in line with the overall business objectives and HR LRP / prioritiesOversee smooth operations of HR initiatives in the Key Account GroupDrive achievement of the overall Administration deliverables, including budget management, SOPs adherence, vendor management, etc.Responsible for administration of Performance Management System (PRAISE, TACT, promotions, increments)Lead and manage the HR teamRequirementsMaster’s or Bachelor’s degree in human resources 12+ years of Human Resources domain experience, at least 3 of which entailed leading an HR teamExperience in leading and implementing of transformational initiativesStrong track record of managing complex cross-functional projects whilst meeting timelines and delivering results, effectively and efficientlyStrong internal client-facing skills with a flexible communication styleAbility to lead with insights and create a vision for the function whilst influencing different stakeholders including Senior Management
