Senior Manager Implementation

Since 2012, Khazna has become the leading wholesale data center provider in the Middle East and North Africa, delivering reliable and scalable infrastructure to support the region’s growing digital ecosystem.We are seeking a Senior Manager – Implementation to lead the delivery of international data center projects across multiple geographies. The role oversees construction, commissioning, and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to international standards while coordinating internal teams, contractors, consultants, and authorities.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESLead end-to-end implementation of international data center projects.Develop and execute project delivery plans across multiple regions.Oversee construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, cost, and schedule compliance.Coordinate internal teams, contractors, vendors, and consultants.Lead project meetings and drive timely issue resolution.Manage construction risks, variations, and contractual claims.Oversee commissioning, testing, and operational readiness.Drive structured project handover to Operations, including documentation.Ensure compliance with governance, regulatory, and international standards.Coordinate with local authorities to secure required approvals.Manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants effectively.Monitor budgets, invoices, resources, and overall financial performance.QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIESBachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering; Master’s preferred.10+ years’ experience in data center implementation and project delivery.Minimum 5 years’ experience in a managerial role.Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure and mission-critical systems.Proven experience managing large-scale, complex data center projects.Expertise in design review, construction, commissioning, and Uptime Tier standards.Strong stakeholder, contractor, communication, negotiation, and risk management skills.Strong commercial, planning, compliance, and operational skills with willingness to travel.
