Senior Manager Indirect Procurement

In this highly visible role, you will work closely with local procurement teams, business stakeholders and key suppliers to deliver sourcing initiatives, drive cost efficiencies and strengthen procurement governance across multiple markets.Your ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement Group-wide category strategies across indirect spend areas such as IT, HR, Marketing, Facilities, Travel, Fleet and Professional ServicesBuild and maintain sourcing plans that identify supplier, market and cost optimization opportunitiesLead multi-country tenders, RFQs, supplier negotiations and contract renewals across European marketsDeliver savings initiatives and create value through supplier consolidation and commercial optimizationManage supplier performance through business reviews, performance monitoring and continuous improvement initiativesPartner closely with local procurement teams and cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, HR, IT and LegalDrive contract compliance, spend under management and procurement best practices across the GroupAnalyze spend data, market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-makingSupport procurement governance, risk management and ESG initiatives across indirect spend categoriesPrepare reports, business cases and procurement updates for senior leadership and the Chief Procurement OfficerYour ProfileBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance or a related field8+ years of procurement experience with a strong focus on indirect categoriesLogistics or transport procurement experience is highly desirableProven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations and cost reduction initiativesExperience working across multiple countries and stakeholder groups in an international environmentStrong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis, benchmarking and procurement reportingExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to drive change without direct authorityExperience with procurement systems and contract management processesKnowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools is considered an advantageCIPS or a comparable procurement qualification is beneficialFluent English is required; additional European languages are an advantageWhat We OfferA highly visible international role with exposure to senior leadership and the Chief Procurement OfficerThe opportunity to shape procurement strategy across 13 European marketsOwnership of strategic sourcing, supplier management and transformation initiativesA dynamic international environment where your work has a direct impact on business performanceHigh levels of responsibility, autonomy and visibility within the Group Procurement organizationProfessional development and career growth opportunities within a leading European companyCompetitive compensation package and attractive benefitsA collaborative and inclusive culture focused on continuous improvement and innovationUnlimited coffee and tea to keep you energized throughout the day ☕Ready to make an impact?If you are passionate about strategic sourcing, supplier management and creating value through procurement excellence, we would love to hear from you.Join Selecta and help drive procurement excellence, supplier performance and sustainable business growth across Europe! 🚀🌍📈
