Senior Manager - Infrastructure

The Senior Manager, Infrastructure Project Delivery is responsible for leading the planning, design coordination, procurement, and delivery of major infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards and project objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of infrastructure projects including roads, utilities, water, wastewater, stormwater, power, ICT, and transportation systemsManage project schedules, budgets, risks, and resources throughout the project lifecycleCoordinate multidisciplinary consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project executionOversee design reviews and ensure constructability, compliance, and value engineering opportunities are identified and implementedMonitor project performance and resolve technical, commercial, and delivery issuesEnsure adherence to applicable regulations, standards, governance requirements, and health and safety policiesManage procurement activities, contract administration, and contractor performancePrepare and present project updates, reports, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholdersLead project risk management, mitigation strategies, and change control processesDrive continuous improvement and best practices in project deliveryRequirementsBachelor's degree in civil engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.12+ years of experience in infrastructure project management and delivery.Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure and mixed-use developments.Strong understanding of design management, construction management, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement.Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and major consultants/contractors.Professional accreditation (PMP, PRINCE2, CEng, PE, or equivalent) is preferred.
