Title: Senior Manager, Integrated Facilities Management (Healthcare services sector)Location: Singapore (Multi-site)About the RoleOur Client is a growing healthcare service provider, seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) to lead and oversee facilities operations across multiple sites.This role is critical in ensuring that our facilities deliver a safe, compliant environment while maintaining operational efficiency and cost effectiveness.You will play a strategic and operational leadership role, managing diverse facility functions including soft services, hard services, engineering, compliance, and vendor partnerships across a geographically dispersed portfolio.Key Responsibilities:Facilities & Operations ManagementLead end-to-end IFM operations across multiple facilities.Ensure high standards in maintenance, engineering services, housekeeping, security, waste management, and other support services.Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to ensure asset reliability and uptime.Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure full compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and statutory requirements.Vendor & Contract ManagementManage outsourced IFM service providers and contractors, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs are met.Lead contract negotiations, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.Drive value through vendor optimisation and cost control.Stakeholder EngagementPartner with clinical, administrative, and leadership teams to align facilities services with patient care priorities.Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external service providers.Manage multi-site operational coordination and communication.Financial ManagementDevelop and manage operating budgets for facilities across multiple sites.Monitor expenditure, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure efficient resource utilisation.Support capital planning and asset lifecycle managementRequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline.Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in facilities management or integrated facilities managementExperience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) will be highly advantageousExperience in managing integrated facilities services and large vendor ecosystems.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience in budgeting, contract management, and operational optimisation.Interested?
