Beyond strong integrated marketing expertise, this role requires a strong sense of how active stock, options, crypto, and prediction market traders think, trade, and evaluate platforms. You should be able to identify their real needs, pain points, and decision drivers, and translate those insights into compelling product positioning, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies that grow our U.S. retail brokerage business.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive Integrated Marketing strategies aligned with overall business growth objectives, with a strong focus on user acquisition, investor growth, and engagementDevelop channel partner go-to-market strategies and co-marketing programs, leveraging a deep understanding of acquisition channels, in-app resources, trading/investment products, and retail investor journeysDevelop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across branding, performance marketing, influencer marketing, 3rd-party partnerships, and social media, with tailored messaging and value propositions for different partner and investor segmentsLeverage a strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and retail investor behavior to inform marketing strategies, campaign development, audience targeting, and growth opportunitiesManage multi-channel marketing budgets, track campaign performance and ROI, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous optimizationAnalyze market trends, investor behavior, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities and inform marketing strategiesCollaborate closely with cross-functional and acquisition marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging, brand representation, and execution across all customer touchpointsEnsure all marketing initiatives comply with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policiesRequirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or a related field; MBA preferred5-8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior role, preferably in financial services or retail brokerageProven track record of developing and executing successful channel marketing strategiesExperience with Digital marketing / Influencer Marketing / Brand Marketing / Social Media MarketingExperience with financial services marketing and familiarity with regulatory requirementsStrong personal investment experience and a deep understanding of financial markets, particularly stocks, ETFs, and options. A strong passion for investing and demonstrated ability to understand and engage with retail investors is highly preferredRequired Skills:Strong strategic thinking, planning, and problem-solving abilitiesStrong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable marketing strategiesStrong understanding of financial markets and investment products, with hands-on investing and trading experience.
