You’ll oversee interior design across a portfolio of high-profile residential and mixed-use projects, protecting design intent from concept through handover while delivering on launch schedules, quality, and budget.🔹 What you’ll doLead the full interior design process, from design briefs and consultant appointment through procurement and executionReview consultant design packages against the developer’s design guidelines so purchasers receive exactly what they boughtCheck design submissions for technical and commercial compliance, and lead value engineering to hit target budgetsManage consultants, flag risks early, and keep senior management informedBuild strong relationships with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities🔹 What you’ll bringBachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture (Master’s preferred)8–10+ years managing interior design within a real estate developer or design consultancyStrong knowledge of real estate development processes and interior construction and specificationsTrack record managing design teams across concept, development, and implementationExperience coordinating with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplinesUnderstanding of cost estimation and value engineeringAutoCAD and MS Office proficiencyLEED AP or an international interior design certification is a plus🔹 Why this roleYou’ll shape the interiors of landmark Dubai developments in a senior position with direct influence on product quality and design direction
