Senior Manager Internal Communications

Our client, a leading government entity in the UAE, is looking to hire a Senior Manager Internal Communications (Arabic Speaker).

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end internal communications across multiple channels, including email, intranet, town halls, newsletters, and digital platforms.Develop strategy for the internal communication across the organizationPartner with senior leadership and People & Culture stakeholders on employee engagement, culture, change, and organizational communications.Develop engaging content and ensure consistent messaging across the employee lifecycle.Drive communications governance, reporting, KPIs, and employee engagement insights.Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to ensure brand and messaging alignment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, or a related field.Experience in communication initiatives change management programs.10+ years of internal/corporate communications experience.Experience in government, public sector, technology, consulting, or high-growth organisations is preferred.Strong stakeholder management, storytelling, content development, and change communications experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.
