Senior Manager - IP Licensing & Co-Production

Responsibilities：IP Operations & Rights Adaptation:Lead partnership negotiations for the AI-driven film and television adaptation and redevelopment of non-video IP, including designer toys, comics, and literary works, with a focus on securing high-value global IP assets.Co-Production & Waterfall Revenue Sharing:Negotiate co-production agreements with film and entertainment companies, SPV project entities, and global platforms. Manage key commercial terms, including distribution windows and revenue-sharing waterfall structures.Platform Partnerships:Manage business development and commercial negotiations with platforms such as Hongguo, China Literature, COL Group, and global streaming platforms for premium S-tier content, and drive the implementation of revenue-sharing models.Qualifications：3+ years of experience in film and television Business Affairs, rights transactions, or animation/game IP licensing.Strong understanding of film and television project investment structures, SPV-based risk isolation, and the legal and compliance framework surrounding Chain of Title.
