Senior Manager – IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity

Position SummarySenior Manager – IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity will lead the organization’s IT infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, Microsoft 365, IT assets, and end-user support. The role will ensure secure, reliable, and high-availability IT operations while driving ISO 27001 compliance, cybersecurity initiatives, infrastructure modernization, and team performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise IT infrastructure, servers, cloud, backup, DR, and network operations.Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, SD-WAN, and network security.Drive cybersecurity, including EDR/XDR, IAM, MFA, DLP, vulnerability management, and incident response.Lead ISO 27001/ISMS implementation, audits, risk management, and compliance.Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Defender.Oversee IT asset lifecycle, software licensing, and CMDB.Lead IT Helpdesk, end-user computing, and SLA-driven support.Drive cybersecurity awareness and user training.Manage IT vendors, contracts, budgets, and service levels.Lead and develop infrastructure, cybersecurity, and support teams.Required SkillsInfrastructure & Cloud: Windows Server, Linux, VMware/Hyper-V, Active Directory, Backup, DR, Cloud Networking: Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, VLAN, Routing, Switching, VPN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi Cybersecurity: SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM, PAM, MFA, DLP, VAPT, SOC, Microsoft Defender, Zero Trust Microsoft 365: Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, PowerShell ITSM & Compliance: ITIL, ServiceNow/ManageEngine/Jira, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, ITGCQualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; master’s preferred.12–15 years of IT experience, with 5–7 years in a leadership role.Strong experience in enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, and Microsoft 365.Hands-on experience with ISO 27001 implementation and audits.Manufacturing IT experience is preferred.
