Drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, process optimization, and regulatory compliance across all logistics functions.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage inbound/outbound and warehouse operations; ensure on-time delivery and inventory accuracyOversee import/export operations and customs complianceMonitor 3PL performance and SLA adherenceLead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, automation, digitalization)Develop and control logistics budget; deliver cost savings without compromising service levelsDefine, monitor, and report on logistics KPIs; implement corrective actionsLead and develop high-performing logistics teamsIdentify operational risks and develop mitigation plans (BCP)Drive ESG and sustainability initiatives in logistics operationsChampion AI and automation adoption across logistics workflowsQualificationsREQUIREDBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fieldMinimum 5+ years in logistics operations, customs regulations, warehouse management, or supply chainPREFERRED:Leadership and team developmentEnd-to-end logistics and warehouse operations managementCustoms regulations and import/export compliance expertiseLean/Kaizen process optimizationERP, WMS, and data analytics systems proficiencyStrategic planning and budget managementRisk management and business continuity planningStakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaborationFluent English (written and verbal)Additional InformationWD thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
