Senior Manager / Manager – After Sales (Refrigeration)

Varun Beverages is the second largest PepsiCo franchisee in the world (outside the US) of carbonated soft drinks and noncarbonated beverages sold under trademarks owned by PepsiCo like Pepsi, 7up, Miranda, Mountain Dew, Sting, Ole Brands & Aquafina, we are in the process of strengthening our team and looking for a best potential candidate to join our team.Responsibilities & Accountabilities. Lead the overall planning and execution of marketing equipment (coolers and other assets) placement in the market while ensuring compliance with company quality standards.Ensure effective utilization, tracking, and control of the company’s asset base through proper system management and field monitoring.Oversee after-sales service operations to minimize equipment downtime and enhance customer satisfaction.Implement preventive maintenance programs and process improvements to reduce lead times and improve service reliability.Drive continuous improvement in customer service delivery, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.Ensure the department achieves its KPIs and targets as defined in the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).Enhance productivity across systems and processes while effectively managing costs.Prepare and review annual and quarterly spare parts forecasts and maintain adequate inventory levels aligned with consumption trends.Lead, coach, and develop a team of managers, executives, and technicians to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure smooth operational alignment.Personal Profile Degree in Engineering ( B.E/ B. Tech. – Mechanical/ Electrical) with 5 years experience or Diploma in Engineering ( Mechanical/ Electrical) with 8 years Experience.Preference will be given to customer Service/ Vendor Management / Market Equipment Management – Heating , Ventilating, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Consumer durable industry.Good Communicator.Physically fit for visiting the market places where necessary.Age 40-45 years
