Apply & track with Apply EdgeResponsibility:Conduct credit risk assessment on new credit applications / annual review from business unit for the SME market.Ensure the credit applications are complied with the bank’s risk appetite, credit policies and local regulatory requirements.Discuss and structure appropriate credit terms & condition on credit applications.Approve credits within his/her delegated authority.Conduct post approval monitoring, customer visit and/or inspection, if necessary.Identify early warning signals and monitor creditworthiness of borrowers to take prompt risk mitigation actions and minimize potential credit loss.Assist department head in design, develop and implement end to end credit process.Assist department head in credit portfolio management, ECL reporting and/or analysis.Support (as an end user) system development and implementation to automate/streamline the existing manual process.Take up credit projects assigned by department head.Requirement:Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial credit analyst or approver.Approving authority at HKD10M or above at other banks.Solid knowledge of the local commercial market, especially the SME market.Good communication skill in verbal and written English & Chinese.Able to work under pressure and meet deadline for credit reviews and relevant risk control measures.Able to work independently.University graduate preferably in risk management discipline.Professional qualification such as CPA, CFA, FRM, HKIB – CRM is a plus.Self-motivated and detail-minded with strong risk control sense.Experiences in using Moody's Analytics CreditLens, other credit model, stress testing are preferable.Mandatory Reference Checking SchemeMandatory Reference Checking Scheme (MRC Scheme) may be applicable for certain relevant positions.
