UAE employment visa and an expatriate package will be offered to the successful candidate.As a Senior Manager/Manager, We Rely on You ToInvestment and Asset ManagementSupport active management of the hotel / investment portfolio, monitoring financial and operational performance and identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and profitabilityLead or support Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI) and repositioning initiatives for existing hotels, including market / competitor analysis, business case development and capital planningConduct investment analysis, financial modelling and valuation for acquisitions, disposals and other strategic opportunitiesReview annual valuations for hotels and investment properties, prepared by the relevant finance team and / or external valuation advisersReview hotels and investment properties annual Capex requests prepared by the finance team.Prepare investment papers, portfolio reviews and other materials for senior management and approval committeesBusiness DevelopmentDevelop and maintain a pipeline of potential HMA opportunities, conducting market, site and competitive assessmentDevelop financial models, feasibility studies and scenario analysis to evaluate potential opportunitiesPrepare RFP responses, proposals, recommendations and presentations for senior management and prospective ownersSupport HMA negotiations and transaction execution, including due diligence, deal structuring and commercial termsLead or support internal approval processes, including preparation and presentation of approval papersAssist with maintaining relationships with prospective and existing HMA owners and relevant internal stakeholdersWe Are Looking for Someone WithA bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality or a related fieldMinimum 4 years of relevant experience for Manager level or 7 years for Senior Manager level in a comparable role. Experience within a luxury hospitality group is preferred. Exposure to a real estate brokerage/advisory firm, Big Four accounting firm, or top-tier consulting firm would be advantageousProven network within the hospitality industry, with relevant relationships to support market intelligence and HMA developmentGood analytical and financial skills, with advanced proficiency in financial modelling and strong attention to detailExcellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across seniority levels and translate complex concepts into clear, practical insightsA proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to take ownership, follow up and independently investigate issuesExhibits resourcefulness, critical thinking and intellectual curiosity, with the adaptability and flexibility to navigate complex, multi-faceted situationsIf you are the right person, what are you waiting for?Click the apply button now!
