Senior Manager/Manager - Supply Chain Transformation

Role Overview:This role will drive digital transformation for Croma’s transportation network alongside business, technology/product teams & vendors.Key Responsibilities:Understanding Croma's transport network, processes and requirements Evaluate TMS vendor(s) for business and functional fit.Work with Product & Tech teams on TMS development, enhancements and integrations.Drive TMS rollout planning and implementation across Croma.Design controls & governance Drive adoption, stabilization and continuous improvement.Work with extended teams (Store operations, Customer service) and partners to deliver the TMS roadmap.Key Requirements:2-4 yrs of experience in supply chain operations (preferred logistics) or in supply chain technology or program management.Experience in vendor evaluation, product development and implementation.MBA from reputed institution
