Job Title: Senior Manager – Mechanical
Location: Dubai, UAEJob Responsibilities:Lead mechanical disciplines including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, public health and fire protection from design through handover.Provide technical leadership to consultants and project teams, ensuring designs meet project, budget, programme and quality requirements.Review and approve designs, specifications, BIM models, tender documents, shop drawings and technical submissions.Drive value engineering and design optimization to improve cost, energy efficiency, quality and asset performance.Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, authority requirements, codes and project specifications.Oversee consultants and contractors, site inspections, technical issues, variations, risks and corrective actions.Lead testing, commissioning, authority approvals and final handover.Manage mechanical budgets, procurement evaluations and claims support.michelle@hirerightt.ca
