We're Hiring: Senior Manager – Mechanical | Dubai, UAETalent Tide is hiring a client-side Senior Manager – Mechanical for a leading Dubai-based real estate developer. You'll lead the mechanical scope across large-scale developments, from concept to handover.What you'll do:Review and manage mechanical designs from concept through tender and constructionManage MEP consultants, contractors and specialist suppliersLead approvals with Dubai Municipality, DCD and DEWAProvide technical input on tenders, contractor selection and pre-award activitiesReview shop drawings, material submittals and RFIsLead testing, commissioning and handover across several projects at onceWhat we're looking for:Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering12+ years of experience, with strong UAE/GCC exposureHands-on depth in HVAC, district cooling, plumbing, drainage and firefighting3–4+ years of design consultancy or design-review experience, plus solid contracting experienceEnd-to-end delivery from concept through handoverCurrently based in the UAEDeveloper-side experience is preferred. Strong MEP contractor candidates with good design-management exposure will also be considered.
