As a master developer, we invest in sustainable infrastructure, accessibility, community amenities and family-focused facilities including community centres, mosques, schools, supermarkets and landscaping.Our integrated real estate offering also includes a robust land sales portfolio, project management for large-scale projects, as well as top-notch facilities management services.About the Job:Lead mechanical engineering activities across multiple real estate development projects from concept design through handover.Review and manage mechanical designs, specifications, BIM models, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.Oversee HVAC, district cooling, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, and associated building services systems.Manage mechanical consultants, contractors, specialist suppliers, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Drive value engineering, technical due diligence, constructability reviews, and lifecycle cost optimization initiatives.Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, authority requirements, fire and life-safety standards, and sustainability objectives.Monitor project progress and proactively manage technical, cost, quality, and programme risks.Lead testing, commissioning, authority inspections, operational readiness, and project handover activities.Support procurement, tender evaluations, technical assessments, variations, claims, and commercial decision-making.Provide technical leadership, coaching, and guidance to project teams while promoting technical excellence and continuous improvement. About you: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution; Master's Degree is advantageous.12-15+ years of experience in mechanical building services, real estate developments, or major infrastructure projects, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Proven experience managing projects from concept/design through tender, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.Strong expertise in HVAC, district cooling, plumbing, drainage, firefighting systems, and building management systems.Experience managing consultants and contractors across both design and construction phases.Strong knowledge of UAE authority requirements, including Dubai Municipality, DCD, DEWA, and associated approval processes.Experience with design reviews, technical governance, tender evaluations, value engineering, and contract administration.Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, variations, claims, and procurement activities.Proficiency in BIM-enabled coordination and project delivery within large-scale UAE/GCC developmentsAbout the Benefits:At Dubai Holding, we're committed to nurturing the success and well-being of our colleagues.
