Senior Manager of Delivery – Sage IntacctLocation: Remote – Central or Eastern Time ZoneCompensation: $175K–$200K Base + BonusRole OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Manager of Delivery to lead a growing team of Sage Intacct implementation consultants and oversee successful client delivery. This role combines hands-on Sage Intacct expertise, team leadership, project management, and client-facing responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesLead a team of 7–8 implementation consultants, including onshore, offshore, and contract resources.Oversee multiple Sage Intacct implementations, ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and meeting margin/KPI targets.Manage resource allocation, project methodology, quality assurance, and risk mitigation.Serve as a senior client contact and provide guidance on complex Sage Intacct questions.Lead discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation activities.Mentor and develop consultants while helping scale the delivery organization.Support scoping, SOWs, change orders, and business development opportunities.Requirements7–10+ years of ERP/business software implementation experience.Strong hands-on Sage Intacct implementation experience.3+ years of direct team leadership/people management.Deep nonprofit industry experience is required, including hands-on experience with nonprofit implementations, grant management, and project functionality.Strong knowledge of Sage Intacct core and advanced modules, including Project Accounting, Allocations, Fixed Assets, and Revenue Recognition.Must be able to answer technical and functional questions directly; senior IC-only profiles will not be considered.Central or Eastern time zone required; PST candidates must commit to Central/Eastern working hours.Compensation & Benefits$175K–$200K base5–10% annual bonusUnlimited PTO and flexible scheduling
