Apply & track with Apply EdgeThis position is based in El Dorado, AR, with an on-site work schedule Monday through ThursdayDescriptionThe Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics and Consumer Intelligence will lead the analytics teams supporting Marketing, Digital / Loyalty, and Consumer Insights. This role will connect customer behavior, loyalty engagement, campaign performance, consumer research, and marketplace trends to help the organization profitably change customer behavior and make better business decisions.The Senior Manager will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, develop analytical talent, and translate complex information into clear recommendations for Senior and Executive Leadership. Success will be measured by the team's ability to identify opportunities, influence strategy, strengthen test-and-learn practices, and drive outcomes such as customer acquisition, retention, and share of wallet.Core ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Team LeadershipServe as the primary analytics partner to Marketing, Digital, and Consumer Insights leadership.Develop analytical and learning agendas aligned with business priorities and ensure analytics is involved early in key decisions.Connect customer, consumer, competitive, and performance data into clear strategic recommendations.Lead and develop analysts, establishing clear priorities, standards, and ownership across the team.Build capabilities in customer analytics, experimentation, research, measurement, and executive storytelling.Balance recurring business support with proactive analysis and innovation.Partner across Merchandising, Food & Beverage, Fuels, Operations, Finance, and Technology.Digital & Marketing AnalyticsLead analytics related to loyalty acquisition, engagement, retention, share of wallet, offers, campaigns, and customer value.Develop insights into customer segments, trips, missions, baskets, and channel engagement.Connect digital and marketing activity to in-store behavior and business outcomes.Establish measurement plans and test-and-learn practices, including control groups and incrementality.Recommend where to invest, adjust, scale, or stop based on results.Consumer & Marketplace InsightsLead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research, including design, execution, analysis, and storytelling.Develop research related to customer needs, brand health, pricing, menu, dayparts, shopper missions, and market strategy.Integrate first-party data with consumer research, syndicated information, and competitive intelligence.Manage insights from resources such as SMG, Nielsen/Circana, Placer.ai, and other syndicated sources.Translate multiple sources into cohesive, actionable recommendations.Analytics Operations & Vendor ManagementEstablish consistent analytical frameworks, operating rhythms, dashboards, and executive deliverables.Partner with Data Engineering, Data Science, and Technology to improve data quality and analytical capabilities.Manage research agencies and analytics vendors with a focus on quality, efficiency, and return on investment.Identify future talent, technology, and resource needs.Key QualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree in Analytics, Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.7-10 years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Digital or Loyalty Analytics, Customer Analytics, Consumer Insights, or a related field.Experience leading and developing analytical teams.Strong understanding of customer behavior, loyalty, marketing measurement, segmentation, and consumer research.Experience designing and fielding primary research, including survey design, questionnaire development, moderation, or related research methods.Experience with test-and-learn methods, control groups, and incrementality.Ability to translate complex data and research into executive-ready recommendations.Strong communication, storytelling, and influence skills in a matrixed organization.PreferredAdvanced degree in Analytics, Marketing Research, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.Experience leading analytics across multiple business functions.Background in convenience retail, fuel, QSR, grocery, foodservice, or another high-frequency consumer business.Experience with loyalty platforms, personalization, and offer optimization.Familiarity with Power BI and modern cloud-based analytics platforms.Experience managing primary research agencies separately from syndicated data providers such as Nielsen or Circana.
