• Own, prioritize, and continuously groom the product backlog based on customer needs and business priorities.
• Act as the key point of contact for the Scrum team on product-related requirements.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Translate product vision and roadmap into actionable sprint and release plans.
• Validate delivered increments against acceptance criteria and approve completed work.
• Gather customer, sales, support, and stakeholder feedback to drive backlog priorities.
• Define and monitor feature-level success metrics such as adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to ensure solutions address validated user needs.
• Communicate product roadmaps, priorities, timelines, and trade-offs effectively to stakeholders.
• Support release planning and go-to-market activities.
• Ensure products meet relevant quality, security, and compliance requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in product delivery and team practices.🎓 Educational Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• CSPO, PSPO, or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification will be an added advantage.💼 Experience & Skills
• 4–8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Proven experience managing and owning a product backlog.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and hands-on experience working with Scrum teams.
• Excellent skills in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintaining delivery-ready backlogs.
• Strong analytical and prioritization skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders.
