Our products are sold through direct-to-consumer, Amazon, Costco, Walmart, Target, grocery, and a growing network of retail partners across North America.As we continue to scale our operations and expand our product portfolio, we're looking for a Senior Manager, Operations to help drive operational excellence across our manufacturing, supply chain, and commercialization activities.About the RoleReporting to the Director of Operations, the Senior Manager, Operations is responsible for driving day-to-day operational execution across Levels' manufacturing network, supply chain, procurement, inventory, logistics, and commercialization initiatives.This role serves as a key cross-functional leader, partnering closely with Product Development, Product Commercialization, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, Quality, Regulatory, and external manufacturing partners to ensure the business executes efficiently and scales successfully.The Senior Manager, Operations will lead critical operational initiatives, improve business processes, manage operational performance, and support the successful launch and lifecycle management of new and existing products.This is not a manufacturing plant leadership role. It is a business operations leadership role focused on improving execution, building scalable processes, and ensuring operational excellence across the business.What You'll DoOperational LeadershipLead the execution of key operational initiatives across the business.Drive day-to-day operational priorities across multiple functional teams.Partner with the Director of Operations to execute strategic operational initiatives.Ensure projects remain on schedule with clear ownership and accountability.Identify operational bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.Drive continuous improvement across operational processes.Develop standardized workflows that improve execution and scalability.Manufacturing & Supply Chain OperationsPartner with internal teams and external manufacturing partners to ensure reliable product availability and operational excellence.Responsibilities include:Production planning coordinationManufacturing schedule managementInventory optimizationCapacity planning supportSupplier coordinationLogistics coordinationOperational readiness for customer demandInventory and service level performanceContinuous improvement across manufacturing operationsProduct Commercialization SupportPartner closely with Product Development and Product Commercialization to support successful product launches and lifecycle trackingOperational support for commercialization activitiesOperational Performance & Continuous ImprovementDevelop and improve the systems that allow Levels to scale efficiently.Monitor operational KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.Develop dashboards and reporting that provide visibility into operational performance.Improve planning processes and operational workflows.Standardize operating procedures and documentation.Support ERP and operational systems improvements.Identify opportunities to automate manual processes.Improve inventory health, service levels, and operational forecasting.Evaluate operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies.Support inventory planning and working capital initiatives.Analyze operational data and identify opportunities for improved performance.Prepare operational updates and reporting for leadership.What Success Looks LikeOperational priorities execute on time with clear ownership.Manufacturing partners consistently meet Director of Operations has clear visibility into operational priorities, risks, and performance.What We're Looking ForRequired Experience8+ years of progressive experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business Operations, or related leadership roles.Minimum of 5 years within Food & Beverage CPG, Sports Nutrition, Dietary Supplements, Functional Foods, Functional Beverages, or closely related consumer product industries.Experience leading cross-functional operational initiatives from planning through execution.Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory management, production planning, procurement, logistics, and supply chain operations.Experience working directly with contract manufacturers and external suppliers.Demonstrated success improving operational processes and business performance.Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth consumer products company.Preferred ExperienceExperience in one or more of the following industries:Sports NutritionProtein
