Develop and implement system optimization, process improvements, operations excellence and cultural change plans leading to world-class operations and fulfillment performance.Interface with Operational Excellence and Lean DC leaders at the Division, Group, Sector and Corporate level as well as counterparts at all noon locations.Oversee the Value Stream Mapping for internal and external customers. This includes creating the business case, facilitating the event, and driving the implementation plan. Identify systemic issues and drive their resolution.Drive standard processes and ensure best practice sharing across shifts, departments as well as other fulfillment centers including root cause and solution opportunities as needed in support of the sites day to day operations, especially with regards to safety, quality, productivity, and workflowPartner closely with a variety of groups company- wide, including transportation, S&OP, data integration, employee engagement, inventory planning, engineering and others to coordinate cross functional projects for your siteMonitor and drive key performance of end to end metrics to ensure that we are providing excellent customer experience and delivering on our promiseManage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with effective communication and thorough follow throughRegularly evaluate and communicate performance trends and improvements to the organizationWhat you’ll need:Master’s Degree in Logistics or supply chain management or a similar roleMinimum 5 years of experience in E-commerce in a related fieldStrong experience in working as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives which help to improve organization financial performance.Excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Proven ability as a passionate people-centric leader who can effectively drive results in a fast-paced and rapidly growing companyA passion for safety as a value rather than just a priorityAbility to manage and prioritize projects and delegate tasks appropriatelyAnalytical ability (e.g., pivot tables, lookup functions) to gather and interpret data to furtherdevelop, recommend and implement solutionsTechnologically savvy, familiarity with google suite a plusStrong organizational skills and attention to detailWho will excel?We’re looking for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
