Senior Manager - Paid Media

Our commitment to creativity, technology, and analytics ensures the successful transformation of businesses through innovative campaigns and quality work.The Role We are looking for a Senior Manager – Paid Media who can take complete ownership of a 5–6 client portfolio/pod and act as the person accountable for the health, performance and growth of those accounts. This is not a campaign monitoring role. The expectation is that this person knows what is happening across every account every day — what is working, what isn't, why it isn't working, what needs to change, and what opportunity we should be pursuing next. The role requires a combination of: Performance ownership + technical depth + strategic thinking + people leadership + client management. You should be comfortable going from campaign-level optimization to senior-client conversations and from business problem to platform-level execution. Key Responsibilities 1. Client Management and team leadershipQualificationsDigital Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Paid Media skills8-10 years of experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn AdsExperience in setting KPIs, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing digital campaignsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication, presentation skills and team handling experienceBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related fieldCertifications in digital marketing or related fields are a plus
