The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in steel sourcing, supplier development, commercial negotiations, cost reduction and team leadership.Key Responsibilities• Lead strategic sourcing of structural steel and PEB-related materials.• Manage supplier development, evaluation and long-term vendor relationships.• Drive commodity price management, cost reduction and commercial negotiations.• Handle project/BOM-based procurement and ensure timely material availability.• Optimize inventory levels and manage procurement-related supply risks.• Monitor market trends and steel prices for effective sourcing decisions.• Lead and mentor the procurement team.• Coordinate with Projects, Planning, Production, Stores and Finance teams.• Ensure procurement quality, cost and delivery targets are achieved.Requirements• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain or related field.• 12–18 years of relevant experience, preferably in PEB, Structural Steel, Steel Fabrication, Sandwich Panels, EPC or Heavy Engineering.• Strong expertise in strategic steel sourcing and project procurement.• Excellent negotiation, supplier management and cost optimization skills.• Strong analytical, leadership and decision-making abilities.• Good knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.What We Offer• Leadership opportunity with an established PEB & prefab construction company.• Exposure to large-scale industrial and infrastructure projects.• Professional growth and career development opportunities.Interested candidates can share their updated CV at ta@bnalprefabs.com, along with their Current CTC, Expected CTC, and Notice Period.
