Here’s an attractive, LinkedIn-ready version:🚀 We’re Hiring | Senior Manager – PMO Consultant (Finance)📍 Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia💼 Contract: 12 months initially💰 Salary: SAR 20,000 – 25,000/month⏳ Joining: ASAPWe are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – PMO Consultant (Finance) to lead PMO governance and financial management activities across a strategic portfolio.The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in PMO, project financial management, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, governance, and executive reporting, with a background in the finance/financial services sector.🔹 Key Responsibilities• Manage and track strategic initiatives, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cost baselines, and portfolio financial management.• Establish and maintain effective PMO governance frameworks and reporting dashboards.• Assess the financial impact of change requests and support steering committee decision-making.• Prepare high-quality executive and board-level reports and presentations.• Coordinate across multiple functions and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.• Identify project risks, process gaps, and opportunities for improvement.🔹 Requirements• 8+ years of experience in PMO, project management, financial management, project controls, strategy, or related functions.• Finance-related sector background is mandatory.• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.• PMP certification is mandatory.• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, PMO governance, and portfolio management.• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI experience is highly desirable.• Experience with ERP and project management tools is an advantage.• Strong English communication and stakeholder-management skills.• Ability to confidently work with and present to senior leadership.
