Senior Manager - Procurement & Commercial - MBS Stadium (STA-018)

Qiddiya Investment Company invites applications for the position of Senior Manager - Procurement & Commercial for the MBS Stadium project. This role is integral to driving procurement excellence and post contract commercial management, with an initial focus on large scale architectural and facade packages within one of our landmark developments.The successful candidate will lead procurement activities, manage supplier relationships, oversee contract negotiations, and ensure the delivery of architectural and facade elements in line with project quality, timeline, and budget expectations. You will collaborate closely with design, engineering, and project management teams to integrate procurement strategies aligning with overall project objectives and see this through post contract management.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute procurement and commercial strategies specifically for architectural and facade components of the MBS Stadium projectLead tendering processes, supplier evaluation, selection, and contract negotiation for architectural and facade worksManage supplier relationships to ensure performance, compliance, and quality standards are consistently metCoordinate with project and design teams to understand requirements and ensure procurement plans support project schedulesImplement cost control and risk management measures throughout procurement and contract management activitiesMonitor contract deliverables and resolve commercial issues promptly to minimize project impactProvide leadership and mentoring to procurement and commercial team members involved with architectural and facade worksReport procurement and commercial performance metrics regularly to senior managementRequirementsBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline; advanced degrees preferredMinimum 7+ years of relevant experience in procurement and commercial management experience, with exposure to procuremetn large scale architectural and facade packagesStrong knowledge of architectural and facade materials, construction methods, and market suppliersProven experience managing large-scale procurement projects within stadiums or major infrastructure developmentsExcellent negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to work cross-functionally and lead teams in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with procurement systems, project management software, and risk management principlesBenefitsComprehensive benefits package
