Senior Manager - Procurement Systems Management

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Procurement Systems Management to lead and oversee the management and optimization of procurement systems and technologies. This leadership role focuses on enhancing procurement operations through the effective implementation and continuous improvement of procurement systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.The successful candidate will collaborate closely with procurement teams, IT departments, and external vendors to drive digital transformation initiatives and leverage data analytics to support decision-making processes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, implementation, and management of procurement systems that support organizational procurement functionsDevelop and execute strategies for procurement system enhancements, integrations, and upgradesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement systems meet business requirements and support operational efficiencyMonitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maximize system effectivenessOversee data analytics and reporting functions to provide actionable insights into procurement activitiesManage relationships with procurement system vendors and service providersEnsure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to procurement systemsLead and mentor a team of procurement systems professionals, fostering continuous improvement and professional developmentRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fieldAt least 8-10 years of experience in procurement systems management or related roles, including leadership responsibilityStrong knowledge of procurement software platforms, ERP systems, and digital procurement toolsProven experience in system implementation, integration, and optimization initiativesAdvanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate meaningful reportsExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentBenefitsComprehensive benefits package
