Senior Manager - Product Owner

Lead the strategy, governance, delivery, and continuous enhancement of Data & AI products to maximize business value realization. Drive product vision, portfolio prioritization, stakeholder alignment, product adoption, and execution excellence while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and data-driven transformation initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and maintain the Development Data & AI product strategies and roadmapsEstablish & maintain product vision, objectives, KPIs, and value realization measuresPrioritize initiatives and investments based on business impact and strategic alignmentManage a portfolio of data, AI, analytics, and digital productsLead the end-to-end lifecycle of Data & AI productsOversee backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and release managementEnsure delivery timelines, budget adherence, and expected business outcomesResolve strategic delivery risks and roadblocksEngage executive stakeholders to define priorities and strategic directionAct as the primary bridge between business, technology, design, and data teamsDrive product adoption and business engagement across the organizationChampion user-centric design principlesOversee user research, journey mapping, and product usability assessmentsEnsure intuitive, scalable, and high-value user experiencesEstablish product governance standards and operating proceduresMonitor product quality, performance, reliability, and complianceEnsure adherence to Data Governance, PDPL, security, and organizational standardsLead and mentor Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Product Management resourcesEstablish product management methodologies, templates, and standardsBuild organizational capabilities across product management disciplinesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree preferred7+ years of experience in Product Management, Data Products, Analytics, or AI-related domainsProven experience managing enterprise-scale product portfoliosStrong understanding of Data & AI platforms, governance, analytics, and digital transformationProfessional certifications in Product Management, Agile, Project Management, or Change Management preferred
