As a master developer, we invest in sustainable infrastructure, accessibility, community amenities and family-focused facilities including community centres, mosques, schools, supermarkets and landscaping.Our integrated real estate offering also includes a robust land sales portfolio, project management for large-scale projects, as well as top-notch facilities management services.About the job:Managing the delivery of assigned BTS projects in line with approved scope, programme, budget, quality standards, and business objectives.Coordinating consultants, contractors, specialist service providers, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Monitoring construction progress, critical path activities, procurement schedules, design deliverables, and site productivity to ensure successful project delivery.Reviewing and managing project risks, issues, variations, claims, forecasts, and cost control measures while providing timely escalations where required.Driving resolution of technical issues, design interfaces, constructability challenges, RFIs, material approvals, and site-related matters.Managing authority approvals, permits, inspections, utility requirements, testing and commissioning activities, and handover readiness.Overseeing QA/QC, HSE compliance, audit findings, NCR closure, snagging and de-snagging activities, and project close-out requirements.Preparing project progress reports, cost and risk updates, dashboards, and executive summaries for senior management review.About you:Strong experience in developer-side project execution, construction management, programme and cost control, contract administration, authority approvals, testing and commissioning, handover, DLP, and project close-out.Proven experience managing consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and multiple stakeholders across complex development projects.Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, statutory approvals, utility requirements, quality standards, and HSE practices.Experience in project planning, critical path analysis, procurement coordination, resource management, and recovery programmes.Strong technical understanding across civil, structural, architectural, MEP, infrastructure, landscape, fit-out, and specialist works.Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes and drive project performance.Proficiency in Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software, Microsoft 365 tools, Power BI, project reporting, and document management platformsAbout the Benefits:At Dubai Holding, we're committed to nurturing the success and well-being of our colleagues.
