Senior Manager Regional Operations (m/f/d) Dresden / Germany-wide Two senior leadership openings to run mission-critical operations for one of Europe's leading technical facility management providers. We are recruiting for two experienced Senior Manager Regional Operations leaders on behalf of a market-leading technical facility management (TFM) provider that operates complex utility and process systems for the semiconductor, pharmaceutical and data centre sectors. This is a rare job opportunity to take full ownership of multi-site, 24/7 operations in some of Europe's most demanding high-tech environments. We have two positions available: ▸ One focused on the Dresden region ▸ One with overall responsibility across Germany 🔹 The Role As Senior Manager Regional Operations, you will lead cross-site teams, own the operational P&L, and ensure the highest standards in safety, reliability and client satisfaction. You will be the senior point of accountability for uptime, EHS compliance and continuous improvement across your region. 🔹 Key Responsibilities ▸ Full accountability for occupational safety and EHS/regulatory compliance ▸ Safe, efficient operation of complex technical systems (gas, chemical, UPW, electrical, utilities) in a 24/7 environment ▸ Leadership and development of cross-site teams, driving uptime and reliability ▸ Ownership of KPIs across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People & Growth ▸ Full budget control, forecasting, and support on proposals and contract adjustments ▸ Building strong client relationships, escalation management and performance reviews 🔹 What You'll Bring ▸ Engineering degree and 10+ years in Technical Facility Management or Operations within a high-tech environment - ideally the semiconductor / fab (FAS) market ▸ Proven leadership of operations or regional teams, with confident client-facing presence ▸ In-depth knowledge of technical utility systems (gas, chemicals, UPW) and EHS/safety standards ▸ Fluent German and very good English ▸ Willingness to travel approx. 40–50% (national and international projects) 🔹 What's on Offer ▸ Salary: €100,000-€135,000 + package (negotiable, depending on experience) ▸ Location: Dresden region OR Germany-wide remit ▸ A senior job with genuine ownership in a growth-focused, mission-critical business If you are an experienced Senior Manager Regional Operations professional and this job interests you, I'd welcome a confidential conversation. 📩 Apply in confidence: Marcel Skolimowski | Regional Manager – SSA Group 📱 +49 1520 798 40 87 ✉️ marcel@ssaltd.com 🌐 www.ssaltd.com #Semiconductor #RegionalOperations #FacilityManagement #Dresden #SSAGroup
