Senior Manager - Signage and Wayfinding

As part of this work, the company is helping define ambitious, integrated environments where design quality, functionality, and user experience come together at scale.This role offers the opportunity to lead signage and wayfinding efforts across complex planning and delivery programs, helping create clear, cohesive navigation experiences that support broader city-making objectives. The Senior Manager - Signage and Wayfinding will work across internal teams and external partners to guide design intent through multiple project phases and into successful delivery.ResponsibilitiesOversee and review signage and wayfinding strategies and design packages across all masterplanning phases, from pre-concept through detailed masterplanningCoordinate with internal subject matter experts, business units, and external stakeholders to align signage concepts with broader city objectivesDrive the progression of signage typologies from pre-concept and concept through schematic and detailed design into IFT, IFC, and delivery stagesReview signage BOQs, message schedules, and location plans in coordination with related public realm disciplinesManage production review activities, including samples and mockups, assessing materiality, fabrication typologies, and cost considerationsOversee signage and wayfinding contractors through delivery to ensure QA/QC, HSE compliance, site coordination, and adherence to installation schedules and program deadlinesEnsure as-built documentation and O&M procedures are completed to support smooth handover and ongoing maintenance of signage elementsRequirementsBachelor's degree in architecture, graphic design, urban planning, or a related field10+ years of experience leading signage, wayfinding, or environmental graphics on complex developmentsStrong experience across masterplanning, schematic design, IFC, and delivery stagesProven ability to coordinate consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary stakeholder teamsKnowledge of signage BOQs and message schedulesKnowledge of signage fabrication methods is a plusExperience with installation QA/QC for signage delivery is a plus
